Content drop for week ending 4/2

Wrapping up the month of March with a few weeks of consistent posting. Hopefully you find this information as valuable as I did.

• This is a phenomenal break down of what it’s like interviewing for a development position along with a lot of tips and lessons learned. Lengthy but worth reading.

• I really enjoyed this article on how Kaiser Permanente’s DevOps journey. There’s some of the normal stuff in there but their approach of releasing practices when they were 80% done so that they could iterate on them was something I hadn’t seen before and something I will definitely be trying out sometime.

• This podcast on Chaos engineering was informative and it was good to hear how the field has broadened a bit beyond the typical Netflix chaos monkey stuff. Also the SPAMCast is worth adding anyway as the content is always thought provoking.
